This land as originally purchased with the view to make an 18-hole golf course as there is a vast expanse of other land available for sale. This land could currently be made into a pitch and putt course or many other uses.

The private carp lake is of approximately 19,000 square meters belonging exclusively to the hotel. Other land connected to the hotel and south facing, approximately 340,000 square meters.

The entire complex operates from its own electricity transformer station and water supplies that are from underground wells that also makes this complex unique. The complex also has its own waste and sewage disposal facilities thus making the resort completely self sufficient.


This is probably one of the most outstanding locations in the Czech Republic.
